if receipt # doesn't show online, did it affect your case?

Hey guys! i've come into terms that at 60 days, is still don't see my case on the uscis website. if anyone here has similar experience, did it somehow affect your case? like Delayed EAD and etc?

My PD is 10/16/17 and I cannot see my case status online. It should not affect our case. I had to expedite me EAD/AP card and had no issues caused by this error on their website. Hope this helps.
