married after 90 days on k1 visa....... please help

hi. i am Calvin from michigan.
i having question about failling to married in the 90 days period. the day that i applied or request for marry which still got 14 day b4 the deadline. but i got appointment for marry caremony just 2 days after the deadline. and at that point i didn't know the oppoinment date is 2 days after the dealine. not untill my wife got the the interview with ins for green card (filed form 1_485) and got deny because we FAILED TO MARRY WITH IN 90 DAYS. and now we just got a baby that less then a month old. so it is hard for she to leave the us and then start the process of paper working again. and that might taking years.... so is there anyway or any form that we can file for AOS. or any type of form that have to file in order for her to stay in us. or is she must have to Deportation.
anyone who know or who can help . please and please help me...........

You need to apply spouse visa( I 130) for your wife and do AOS again. Your wife does not need to leave US. Don't worry this is not the first time that it happened. There is still hope for you and your wife. Get a lawyer if you can afford the extra fees. But you can actually do it on your own, too if you like. The advantage of having a lawyer is being able to back you up when certain immigration issue arise. The lawyer will be present on your next AOS interview, too.
