Minnesota - July 2016 Filer

My wife and I filed our I-495 in Minnesota and are based out of the Minneapolis/St Paul office. Our AOS PD is July 29th, 2016. We had our interview August 29th, 2017 which went amazing. We were told we would've been approved on the spot but our Physical was passed the 1 year date. BUMMER! Our lawyer never told us or we would've brought the new one. Anyways, we got the new one that day and when they sent us a letter requesting it, we sent it and they received it that week. We are now 4 months passed our interview date and haven't heard anything at all. Today they updated the processing times to July 31st, 2016 so we are hoping to hear something soon. Anyone else have a similar experience that can shed some light or advice? We are trying to keep hopeful and keep our spirits up but it can be so hard.. We are a same sex marriage and my wife is from Canada if that info helps. Thanks in advance for any help or comments. This is a great group and I'm glad I found this page!
