Where to I file I-485 for the spouse of an LPR residing in Texas (I-130 approved)

I'm a lawful permanent resident for 3 years .... I-130 has been approved for my wife with priority date 09/16/2016 ...
As per VISA-bulletin, she is eligible for filing adjustment of status (I-485) as she is currently in USA for next 6 months on visitor visa.
If you believe that I'm 100% reading it right, please support my action to get additional confidence :-)

Where should I file AOS (I-485) for the spouse of an LPR residing in Texas with an approved I-130? Chicago or Dallas?

According to I-485 filing addresses, it should be filed with the Chicago Lockbox.

Hi newacct. Wonderign if you can help me with my filing address as well. My lawyer filed an I485 in September based on an approved EB1. By December, i still had not received a receipt and USCIS said that they can't find the application in their systems. So we filed again first week of December and again i have not received a receipt after 5 weeks.

I live in Connecticut and my lawyer sent the papers to the NE center. Could it be why i have not received a receipt? I checked online and it seems the papers should have been sent to Dallas.
