I am planning on sending my package in mid January and by then, I am simply not able to show any 2017 tax YET... but by the time they actually get to read my application, they might want to see it?
How will you handle this situation?
Thanks & Happy Holidays!

If you don't mind, may I ask what they requested through RFE to you? Because I received RFE for form I864 and submitted on 8th march as well.Filed I-130, I130A, I-485, I-765 & I-864

Filed I-30 and I-485 end of Jan. 2018 - no NOA yet
I?ll keep this brief - I?m working with an incompetent lawyer (unfortunately) who claims he sent my application to the Phoenix, AZ lock box on Jan. 23rd 2018. Neither of us has received any NOA and I called USCIS and they said I?m not in the system.
Anyone else apply in Arizona? Lawyer says they?re back logged but it?s been 9 weeks and zero confirmation or acceptance of anything pending.
Beyond frustrated!

I went to a lawyer too and he asked me too much for a simple service, in my opinion. My case is pretty basic.
I decided to do by myself and it took me a few days until I feel comfortable with all the information were right. It have been 2 months and I got my NOA and I already did the biometrics. I think it is gonna work fine without RFIE..Field Office: Miami-FL
Package sent: 01/26/2018

Texts: 02/06/2018
NOAs: 02/10/2018

"Application Sent to the Wrong Filing Location
If you sent your application to the wrong filing location, we will forward your application to the correct Lockbox facility. If the application is not processed by a Lockbox facility, it is returned to the customer.
If customers or their representatives have specific cases where this is not happening, you should provide additional information to Lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov and we will make any required corrections."
Hope this helps.
