I just hope they didn't throw away my case lol...I cannot book airplane ticket to my home country now for Sep (maybe).
Because I don't know if I will get an interview notice this month or next month..that is the most struggle part!
Interviews are always scheduled at least 4 weeks in advance. If you were to get your notice tomorrow, it would be for an interview on or after July 11th, 2018.

Yes. They said the new EAD omitted signatures for security purposes. The card is electronic that's why they advise u to place it in the envelope they made specially for it, to avoid wireless activity from computers or hackers.

True... I normally order international airplane tickets 3 months ahead to get cheaper one. That's why I cannot order ticket now.

                • Advise PLEASE!

                  Hi guys,

I've been following this thread for a couple of months, with the hope that I'll be able to relate my case to all of your experience. However, I'm a bit worried now since my case is kind of behind most of yours. So I just want to speak up and ask for advise. Please see my timeline as following:

                  USCIS Received I-130 & I-485: 01/25/2018
                  Received NOA of I-130 & I-485: 02/01/2018
                  Received Biometrics Letter: 02/02/2018
                  USCIS Received I-765: 02/12/2018
                  Received NOA of I-765: 02/17/2018
                  Biometrics Done: 02/20/2018

                  Received RFIE (I-485): 02/20/2018
USCIS Received response to RFIE: 03/05/2018

                  Inquiry (I-765) submitted: 05/15/2018
Inquiry (I-765) assigned to an officer: 06/01/2018
Inquiry (I-765) responded: 06/07/2108 (Case is still in normal processing time)

Since then, I haven't heard or received anything more yet. All cases are still in the state "Case Was Received". I'm living in Boston, MA and pretty sure that my cases have been handled by National Benefits Center.

                  Advises are truly appreciated!

                  Thank you!

                  • Thanks everyone. I passed the interview and my status is now "card is being produced".

We waited about 2 hours after out appointment time in the waiting room, then we got invited to the interview room.

The interview lasted about 10 minutes total, pretty much all the questions were just verifying the i-485 form was filled properly.

I was asked for an employment letter from my employer to confirm employment. We were told to name each-others parents, show our birth certificates, our marriage certificate, and show the title to our house. That's it. We brought a bunch of photos, trip itineraries, bank statements, etc etc but the officer didn't ask to see any of that at all so we never even took them out.

20min after we left the interview I got a text saying status has been updated and it is now "card being produced".

Hope the best for everyone else!

Sorry friend, you had an RFIE your PD date is no longer January very likely. Therefore you are now on same schedule as Feb/Mar filers, no one has got their EAD non-expedite yet as it takes at least 4 months.

Congratulations! You're on the I-751 boat now. They want evidence of bona fide marriage from the date of the marriage until the present date (when you file).

                          All the best!

What Cali said is correct. Your PD is ~03/05/18. Your case will remain at the NBC until your interview is scheduled. In other words, your case will eventually reach the "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" stage, and then your field office will give the green light to schedule your interview. Your status will change to "Interview scheduled". Then your case is relocated to your field office.

You can find your field office here. https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/find-.../field-offices

What do you mean behind most of ours? I think yours is still in normal time range.
I raised SR on April,20 something about my 765***31. They replied back on May 15th said" you will hear about the decision shortly".
Your 765 is submitted on Feb, I think now it needs 5 months at least to process. You can ask them again on July.
