I am filing for my spouse as my username indicates. We are hoping to file as soon as my W-2 forms are available online. I'm not sure if it matters. Income requirements met 2015-2017. We are just mainly trying to avoid a RFIE or RFE or any delays, really.
From what I have read around here, the Minneapolis office seems to move at glacial pace. May I ask what kind of evidence initial evidence did they request from you? Did you forget something?

Spouse is adjusting status from F-1. Finished program in May 2017 and was approved for OPT through STEM and got an EAD but unfortunately, 90 days+ went by and was unable to secure a job. Therefore, that EAD is no longer valid, I suppose.
