November filers

Hi, our package was "received" on 11/8/2017 and "biometric fee received" on 11/14. Since then though, no updates and haven't received anything for the biometric appointment. Anybody has any clue what the reason might be? Should I raise an SR? I am getting really worried as most have received appointment notices in 2 or at most 4 weeks. It's been over 8 weeks now.
