My I 485 - Parents Name Spelling - One Letter Different - What to do?
My I-140 is under processing and I am about to file I-485.
All my documents have father name as Goutham B. While for my father; in all his official documents its Gautham B.
I was producing non availability of Birth certificate where my father name has also been registered as Gautham.
Only impact is phonetics...instead of O its A.
Is this a matter of concern? What can be the consequences? How to fix this?
