  • How to get my EAD card tracking#?

    My EAD status got changed to "we mailed your new card for Receipt Number#". How to get USPS tracking#?
    Please help me!

    Congratulations. I use the USPS informed delivery to monitor what will be delivered to my house that day. They actually send you a scanned copy of the front of the mail. Then you know where it is coming from and you can wait for it. I would encourage you download the APP or register online its free.

      Sign up for USPS "Informed Delivery" and login and click "Packages". That page usually shows you any priority mail coming your way. In my case one of my parent's EAD/AP was showing up and I was able to track it. The other parent's card did not show up in the "Informed Delivery" portal but just came in the mail the next day to our surprise.

      Another way is to call USCIS customer service and request the tracking number. Good Luck!
