Hello guys!
I do need a advise.
Been in U.S since 1999 entry without inspection.
Married a US citizen Sept. 2015 (New Jersey)
My case opened with MSC base on employment and marriage
Send paperwork to USCIS Oct. 2015
Biometrics Mar 2016
Schedule for a interview Sept. 2016, a week after Interview cancelled.
Received EAD on Oct. 2016 for one year, EAD expired I sent all the paperwork for a renewal, my previous EAD expired. After a lot searches I found on website how to expedite, followed steps and thank God I received Nov. 2017 for another year
Called USCIS customer service, the only answer I heard is to be patience
Info pass Apr.2017, nothing is wrong with my case due the cancellation just a matter of be patience.
Called a few times customer service, case is active, I spoke to a immigration officer through phone he said this is a game waiting...
I contacted congresswoman, they said my case still on background check.
I'm the primary that brings the income, we have a daughter 1 year and 5 months, my wife is pregnant again, I'm the one has all the benefices to support my family.
I worked a coating inspector, I'm certified, also I'm certified from the Board of Certification of Safety Professional (CHST), OSHA outreach trainer.
What should I do?
Please help me.
