  • about forms I-485, I-130, I-130A, I-765, I-131 General Question

    Hello all,

I just want to know that if I don't have anything to fill in specific part of the form should I leave it blank or should I put NA or NONE or UNEMPLOYED or N/A?

    For example,
what should I put if I don't have A- number or USCIS number. can I leave it completely Blank?

basically Can I leave irrelevant fields completely BLANK?

    please help me.

    Thank You

If you don't have A-number or USCIS account number, I would just type NONE. If unemployed, just type UNEMPLOYED and for the rest, N/A.

The only field that we left blank were the boxes for the interpreter's signature and date signed.

What to do after filing I130

          Hi there,

I'm a US citizen that filed a I-130 petition for my wife overseas. I filed it a month ago and I received the receipt about 2 weeks ago.

Where can I see the status of my petition? I tried inputting my receipt number here: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do, but it keeps telling me that it can't find my number. My petition probably hasn't been looked at yet but where can I see when it'll be looked at. I filed from Chicago so I'm not sure which site it'll go to.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

Thank you for your guidance, can I leave the irrelevant fields blank? will that be any issue or we have to put something?
