I485 processing time confusion

So I was going through Texas Processing time here (https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do), and it says "Field Office Processing Dates for Texas Service Center as of: October 31, 2017"

But then in the bottom of the page it says "Last Updated: January 5, 2018"

I'm confused.

So if the date says April 2017, would that mean that is what they were processing on Jan 5 or Oct 31?

I think Jan 5 refers when the webpage was updated.
