  • Mention of siblings in Green Card application

I do not have good relations with my siblingS, we don't talk. One of the sibling live in U.S. Do I have to mention him in my Green Card application.
The reason I ask is that they might do mischief out of jealously and hate. This may sound add question, but I have experienced it a lot.
Your expert opinion is highly appreciated.

You can not omit information in DS and I forms, just because it is inconvenient for you to do so

I may be wrong but I do not think any of the forms asks for that information. At least not the I-130, I-485, affidavit of support, advance parole or employment authorization.
I have read of people having issues during the interview when the petitioner is not aware of siblings the spouse may have. That does not seem to sit well with ISOs. So whatever you do, make sure your spouse has knowledge of your direct family (parents/siblings)
