Has anyone done medical exam without vaccination records from their country? Unfortunately, I'm unable to get mine. Back home there was a huge flood a few years ago that destroyed some important documents including my birth certificate (I was able to request a replacement one). Long story short, I'm basically worried that I may have to pay a large amount of money to get my medical exam and shots for i-693 because I have no proof of immunization since birth. Has anyone been in this predicament?

I had the same situation, not being able to provide a vaccination record.
In my experience, prices for a medical exam are extremely different. I contacted around 20 doctors all around my area. Long story short, I had to pay $350 for everything included ( shots, filling all the paperwork in etc)
My advice, call around. I drove for about 1hr to the doctor that was the cheapest. Well worth the drive.
Just an example, there was one close, they charged $1100..
