Non Receipt of Biometrics Letter after 10 weeks of application
I am a US Citizen. We filed concurrent I-130/I-485 for my parents on Oct 20th 2017.
We received the acceptance notice with received date of Nov 09th 2017. Today (is Jan 22nd 2018) I received the I-131 approval and I-765 approvals.
We still have NOT received the Biometric Notice for my parents.
Should I be worried? I called USCIS but they are not very helpful.
They want to travel to outside the country but I don't feel its a good idea given they have no even done their Biometrics.
Please advice.
