    For Folder 2 I-130: -
I think you should include these supporting Documents for beneficiary again. Such as,
Beneficiary's Birth certificate Copy translated in English,
    Beneficiary's Visa Stamp,
    I-94 w/history page again.

Basically , it will shows that you are the husband arrived on XX date on XX visa legally and citizen of XX country.

That's not necessary for I-130. I-130 is just to establish the relationship; the beneficiary doesn't have to have ever been in the US.

This is my personal opinion and is not to be construed as legal advice.

I think it all looks great. I would maybe resequence the evidence of bona Fide marriage In a way that makes it easier for the ISO to establish that you covered all areas (cohabitation/finances/intimacy)
              for example;

              Table of Contents Page
              - Current lease
              - Joint account
              - household bills
              - previous car ownership certificate
              - previous car insurance bill
              - wedding band receipt
              - flight booking emails
              - hotel booking emails
              - cinema booking emails
              - Photos of daily life together
