Baltimore Field Office - 03/17 PD
Hello Everyone,
I would like to post my i-485 timeline. Haven't found many threads for Baltimore Field Office so would like to post mine to help others.
1. PD - 03/17
2. Biometrics - 04/17
3. EAD and Advance Parole Received - 05/17
4. Notice for Interview - 10/17
5. Interview Date - 11/15/17
6. Approved on - 1/20/17 . Received Approval notice on 1/24/17
Initially when I filed my application for i-485, i-131,i-130,i-765 I was under Alexandria field office which is where I went for my Biometrics. But we moved to a new house and I updated my address on USCIS website. Received the change of address notice to the new address. When the interview notice was sent one month prior to the interview date, it was scheduled at Baltimore field office ( Probably because of my Change of Address). Interview went well with all the questions expected. Nothing was out of ordinary. The officer mentioned at the end of the interview that she does not see any issues with the application and handed us a letter saying " The application is being held for review. At this time USCIS does not need any documents from you. We will review and let you the decision or schedule a second interview if needed". After 2 months from the interview date, the online status changed from "Interview has been Scheduled" to "New card is being produced". 4 days after the online status change, received the approval notice and it says if they require me to appear for biometrics before I receive the physical green card they would send a notice". I don't have to do anything until I receive further notice. Just waiting for my physical green card.
