If you put in an SR for a case, mine specifically was i765, do not put in a second SR until day 30 of the first one as it supersedes the first and you have to wait the 30 days from the second.
I called last week, just to check on my initial SR, and a tier 1 officer said it looks like you're over your 90 days when you should have received your EAD, I will put in a note (and proceeded to make an SR) I thought she was being helpful and saying this will push it thru. Turns out it was the opposite and reset the previous SR so now I have to wait longer!
This process is exhausting, and requires a lot of patience (something I do not always possess). My recommendation for I765 seems to be a do nothing approach and it will come faster (based on reading threads here)
Have a great day!!
