SR Response - Additional Review! What does this mean?

My PD is Nov 2008 EB2-I and became current this month (RD Nov 2016). A lot of people seem to have got their RFEs while I haven't seen a sliver of it. I had raised an SR a few days ago and received the following reply. Could someone tell me what this means? Does "Additional Review" mean "Background Check"? I remember seeing a different response for people who got stuck in Background Check but I've seen very few cases of "additional review" while googling. Trying to understand what this could mean vis a vis background check and If I should be concerned?
"We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received."
