Processing times concurrent filing

Hello everyone
Is the processing time for green card still 6 months?
I am asking because I filed concurrently and I heard that USCIS is taking forever to process AOS applications.
I sent my application to Chicago office.

From other posts I've read it would seem that we should expect around a year as an average but some people are getting them sooner, others much longer. I think it depends on your basis for filing and where you are in the country.

I'm from Dallas, I sent my package to Chicago Lock box on July 2017, they received and sent it to Nebraska processing center.
Got my work permit around November good for one year.
Still waiting for my Interview with an officer to hopefully get a final answer on my AOS.
