1-129F Rejected!!!!

Hi all

Our I-129F was rejected because of missing signatures. The entire packet and the money was sent back. Each page was stamped. We changes our mind minds and decided to get married and apply for AOS. Will that petition raise red flags during AOS process? Does USCIS keep copies of rejected petitions even if no case file was opening.

Please help!

A rejected application and subsequent return of package and check is treated as if it was never submitted. Your marriage and new petition submittal should not be affected by the first petition rejection adn return.
