I-485 Ready for Interview, I-130 Still Pending

Was wondering if people have had the same experience and what came of it: Our I-485 has been ready to be scheduled for an interview for months, meanwhile, our I-130 has been pending since we first submitted in August 2017.

My timeline:
Concurrent filing of I-485, I-130, I-131, I-765 received - 08/14/2017
RFE for I-485 sent out and received by USCIS - 09/19/2017
I-485 ready to be scheduled for an interview - 09/27/2017
I-131, I-765 approved - 11/08/2017
EAD card received - 11/14/2017

No updates since. Our application is with MSC.

having your interivew scheduled and getting your green card before your I-130 is approved is a more commonly occurring situation nowadays. no worries, and once you're approved you won't even have to worry about EAD/AP.
