        Congratulations!.
        I have a naive question about I-765.
        My I-140 approved under EB1-B.
Planning to file I765 (for my wife) along with our I485 applications.
Do I need to pay for I765 fee for my wife H4 apart from I485 fee?
        Please let me know.
        Thanks

You can file for EAD for free along with the I485 petition.

There is no separate fee for I765. It is already included on your I485 application. I suggest you apply for the combo card (I765 and I131). Hood luck!

Interview went well. I had my lawyer with me. Upon entering the officer?s office, I was asked to take an oath. Interview itself was based on the application I submitted. Good thing I made copies before it was mailed to them. Quetions were all taken from the application. Make sure to bring all the requirements that will be in the appointment letter you?ll be receiving. Good luck!

Why did you need to make a copy, wouldn't it be easy to remember what you put if you didn't lie?
Anything I post is personal opinion or information from personal experience. This is not legal advice.

I am 100% with OP. Having gone through this process once already with my former spouse, in my own experience, it's best for each spouse to their own set of copies. You may get separated. In addition, the process will feel less invasive and you will be less likely to perceive it as an interrogation. You will feel more in control of the situation.
It has nothing to do with lying or not. It shows that you are prepared and respect the process. That's of course, in my humble opinion.
