I've been waiting 4 weeks for that approval notification and still nothing.

Interview held last week in Alabama. Interview went well overall, IO was professional but friendly. Asked a lot of questions about how we met, proposal, birthdays and gifts we gave each other, also about our living arrangements. Was also interested in seeing any additional evidence but wanted us to select a few items from the folder that we considered most important versus going through the whole folder. Was especially interested in seeing group photos with family members on different occasions, our joint tax returns from 2018 as well as shared bank accounts even though I currently don't earn any income and I'm not making financial contributions I think just being able to show that I had access to my husband's accounts was a good sign. IO was also pleased to see copies of receipts of my engagement ring and our wedding rings, my husband spent about 7k on those - considered that to be a substantial investment showing that my husband considered our relationship to be real. Did say would have liked to see more evidence of shared life together like both our names on a lease or on car title. Interview went on for about 40 mins and at the end IO said believed our marriage to be genuine and would be recommending an approval, but had however observed that our 2 year anniversary was in 2 days so would like to hold onto our approval for a week or two to ensure I can get the 10 year green card. So now I'm just impatiently waiting to receive the approval notification, hopefully that should come in by next week.

4 weeks have passed and no paperwork in the mail this is getting ridiculous

You said something went wrong on your birthday right? Did you submit a request to fix it?

Been fixed since March 2017. Also resolved during the interview. No RFEs or RFIEs.

No , in fact the officer said that the file will be reviewed further and within 2-3 weeks I will get a letter by mail. Still no update

Hi. I had my GC interview in ATL about 3 weeks ago.. till now no news, website still shows “ interview is scheduled “ . This is an employment based GC . Don’t k ow what to do.? The interview went very well I thought but now getting stressed out... Thankyou for any suggestions anyone has to share.

Did they tell you to wait 4-6 weeks as well when the interview was complete?

I guess your case and along with another's cases need to be reviewed by the supervisor. The case status at USCIS is relative reliable. I recommend you sign up the text and email notification.
Call USCIS if necessary. Good luck!

Been there done that and can tell you USCIS is unreliable. Online still says for my I485 date of birth updated in 2017. And my recent EAD and AP which received 2 months ago still says "case was received". Did not receive a text or email for my I485 interview notice. Customer service is useless as well all they do is read the same info that you see online which is inaccurate. So back in limbo yet again seeing that that word of mouth approval cancels my AP.

No just a paper with notice of interview results with my A number form type and interviewing officers name on it. An X in the box saying "Your application has been recommended for approval. A final decision will be mailed once your case is complete."

Thank you all. So far two weeks and nothing in the mail. Not even an approval notice I797. Now I'm getting worried again. Because the agent said he will approve it but some other agents will have to complete some work before I can get it hence why he I'm guessing he said expect 4-6 weeks. Looks like nobody is doing anything all over again.
