I485 along with I765

Hi All,

I have a quick question about I765.

Applied EB1-B and my I-140 has been approved.

Now, planning to apply I765 for my wife (she is in H4). We are filling two I-485 forms (one for me and 2nd for her), so we are paying 1125$ x 2

Does she need to pay I765 fee separately when we file our I485? Please reply

No, it's free to file I-765 for EAD and I-131 for AP for I-485 applicants. Make sure to choose category (c)(9) on I-765.

Also, note that the fee for I-485 is $1225.
