Yesterday i received a rejection letter of my case in the mail, i know you want to ask me about it but the real letter will be posted to me by wife tomorrow because we are not living together for now due health reason
i found out through my case number on the letter when she scanned to me.
Well this is not the worse but an attempt to correct my wrongs
what i need:
1. Detail checklist from whoever had submitted and properly acknowledge
2. Step by step guide of preparing the package
3. Someone i can talk to through my inbox for assistance before submission
4. I will update the house once i read the content of the letter
