I-485 Part8 Have you ever been a member of, what to include?

To answer the following question of Part 8 of I-485:

1. Have you EVER been a member of, involved in, or in any way associated with any organization, association, fund, foundation, party, club, society, or similar group in the United States or in any other location in the world including any military service?

Many people will be associated with many organizations in life. The question appears very general and it seems we need to include any organization that we are involved with. But at least the given space would not be sufficient to mention all.

I specifically would like to know if I should I include my involvement in
Toastmasters club (public speaking group)
Community Gardens (backyard gardens club)
Taekwondo association, and more importantly
and my involvement as cadet in NCC, National Cadet Corps (India) when I was a high-school and college student ?

I would include all four you mentioned, I prefer to be honest and transparent in everything they ask rather than having them later asking me things I didn't tell them.
