  • 2,5 years waiting i-485, noid!!!

Hi guys, i want to share my experience, may be it gives someone hope))

    Married-august 2015
    Filed- november 2015
1 interview - august 2016 - IO was very rude and ask me why i lied when i apply documents in field- put all ur addresses for 10 years. ( i apply my documents through some stupid agency and they just put 2 addresses - my in home and my husband, never even asked me. So he assumed im lying, and dont want to even listen to me that there is nothing to hide and logically i couldn't put this by myself. He didnt let me say a word and through us out - for further investigation.
2 interview september 2016- stroke, were separated 2h each and then 2 h together, 6 HOURS!!!! He asked everything - from what i said in the usa border when i came for the first time- to where we have our first sex. We had a lawyer and she made notes, from 100 questions we had 5 different, but not critically. ( like i said -end of jan-he said beginning of feb). Anyway during this hell he was super rude with me, yell and whatsoever.

and yes - now i know that cuban-russian in Miami- red flag) before i thought we ideally amazingly beautiful couple)
though - we had all required documents, pictures, leases, insurance, bills and everything. But he didnt even look at it. ever!

so after he satisfied himself ( im sure Hitler his relative) he said wait for his decision.

    and ta ta da daaaam

october 2017 -NOID ( explain why this 5 questions was different)

we answer with my lawyer immediately and still waiting 4 months...

    so 2,5 years of waiting....

      it was in MIami

He noticed that there only 2 addresses, so obviously from the plane i stepped in my husband apartment, and we even didn't know each other back then.
and this is so stupid and i tired to explain that it was not my mistake and but no

He notices that i had only 2 addresses, so obviously i stepped to my husband apartment directly from the plane and we even didnt know each other back then.

And all comments about that its not my mistake and even not logical ( coz yeah i had to live somewhere and even i i applied in the beginning from my previous address, and my passport full of different visas) so it would be critically stupid hide this stuff

well to be honest, even if the agency made the mistake w/ your addresses, you have to review the information before signing it. when you signed the forms, you basically signed an oath whatever info in the paper is accurate.

it would be tough to overcome that assumption especially that the officer may have a prejudice towards your case already. As they say Ignorance of the law is no excuse. You should hire or consult a lawyer if you haven't yet. I would be careful doing further actions on your own as you have already invested time and money for your application. Goodluck!
