    Unable to check AOS status online

    anyone has this issue??? What would be the advised solution? Called the number and put on the call back list for 4 times, but never received a call back.

      My PD is 10/16/17... it has been a long while. Talked to the Level 1 and told me that there are some system issue. Level 2 never call me back.
