  • Can Photo Copies Be In Black and White?

When filing AOS (marriage-based, foreign national already present in US), I-130, and other immigration related forms, can all photocopies be in black and white? This includes things like photos or certain forms that would normally be in color. We would obviously bring all original forms to the USCIS interview, so does it matter to the USCIS too much to have the copies in good ol' B&W? Would they send a RFE because of this?

    Thanks in advance

I sent color photos, but all other copies in B&W.

We sent everything in B&W. The only thing that was in color were the passport-style photos.
