how many days to get rfe in mail?

guys i had a rfe on 485 notification on 02/07/17 today is 02/14/17 and i still dont have the physical mail in my mailbox yet. how long does it take to get delivered? am afraid i wont have enough time to respond to the deadline date.

Have you signed up for USPS informed delivery? If you have not, you ought to consider it. You'll see a scanned image of most of your mail every day. It's easier to determine whether a piece of mail has been lost or delivered elsewhere by mistake.

We received notice that it had been mailed on 11/3/17 and we didnt get it in our hands until 11/9/17.
I think we had like 90 days or something like that to respond.

Yes i have tried so many times to do informed delivery online but it always says my identity cannot be verified online so i have to go for in person verification at post office. Is there any other way to do this informed delivery w/o going to post office? Don?t even know where post office is located.
