notice of med exam, no interview date though

Hi guys, I just got notification about my medical form - I did not submit it with whole package. So basically it says do not forget to bring it for interview. Does it mean that my case is about to get approval/denial or no? Bc I sent forms based on marriage in the end of August and only this week got my EAD. Maybe somebody knows time frames, how close I?m to the interview? Thanks!

It took me about 7 months from my PD date to get interview notice.
