This is marriage-based green card.
I completed medical examination and included my husband's tax returns for past 3 years in the package. His income is above requirement.
There are 2 questions to prepare for my interview;
1: Do we need to bring a letter from his current employer, verifying current rate of pay and average weekly hours and pay stubs for the past 2 months? We are not sure about this because we submitted copies of past tax returns already when we submitted the AOS.
2: Is a certified copy of our Marriage Document for the Immigration to keep for record or just review during interview? We have a certified one on hand so we can use this if this is just for review. Otherwise we need to get another one.
If anyone can answer these question, that would be great.
