I have applied for EB1a based I485 recently for me and my family. Done with bio-metrics recently and EAD, AP are approved this week. Received a letter for I485 application stating that there is an issue with the I693. In the letter they didn't mention what exactly is the issue and mentioned that i need to carry the right info for the interview. I haven't got an interview call yet? I693 was provided by the USCIS surgeon in a closed envelope and i dont know what mistake they did even. Looks like there is no issue with the vaccination or medical records, but something regarding the form? Only i received this letter while my wife and kid didnt get and was surprised as the I693 was filled in similar way by the USCIS approved surgeon.
Should i approach the USCIS surgeon again to get the form correctly and carry to my interview (haven't received any appointment yet) as there seems to be no option of posting. I guess i dont need to undergo medicals again as it was done a couple of months ago.
Another thing is: While we three applied for I485 together, me and my wife received bio-metrics appointment together in November and we thought our kid wont need it as she is 7 yrs old. Surprisingly, we received another appointment now to take her for bio-metrics. Strange?
