I did info pass and they told me that my case is ready for interview but i have to wait for it as the centre is back logged . Then i also did a congressional inquiry for expedition but in congressional inquiry USCIS responded that my case is pending Background and Security Check.
I dont know whether the guy who looked up my case on computer at infopass and told me it is ready for interbiew is correct or the response do congressional inquiry is correct.
Does nt the security check happens before EAD is issued?
