  • Undelivered notices

    Hello all,
I not sure if my previous post was seeing.
I have issues with undelivered notices from USCIS through USPS.
I checked my status online on the 02/14 and my AOS shows that a notice was sent but returned because USPS cannot deliver it.
Also today 02/21 same thing on my petition I-130. Notice sent returned undelivered by USPS.
My concern this is my apartment address and we receive other mails. Same address we received the 4 receipts mails. I received my biometric notice on the same address. Biometric done on 01/29.
I even set up a USPS mail delivery tracker, I do get tracker for other mails coming, I don't get tracker for these USCIS mails in question.
I have made request through e-request link on the online case status. The response says it will take 4 weeks reply.
Is anyone having this kind of issue?
I need your advise on what else I can do.
    Thank you.

    1. If there's anyway for u to verify the address on those mails that were returned you should.
    2. Also find out from the post office what could've been the reason/s for that to happen and how to avoid it.
    3. Contact customer care for USCIS & explain the situation and ask how to rectify the problem.
That's just my 2 cents on what I would've probably done. Good luck!

      Undelivered notices

      Thank you for your suggestions.
I was at the post office and it was confirmed that no mail was returned from my address.

I also spoke with USCIS customer service representative, who also said no notices was sent since my biometric notice was sent in January. So I was confused with what going on with my case status online. I was transferred to a second level of Customer service representative, an Immigration officer, who also confirmed my address as given and stated they have not send any other notice after biometrics.

I have to conclude that the messages I am getting on my online status could be technical error. I hope it doesn't happen when actual notices are sent.
