I am not an immigration officer, but guess what your post stinks of revenge, Just because your marriage did not work out does not mean you should dedicate your time to destroying her life, Who would even want to be with a man like you? I do not blame her for acting however way she acts. What concrete evidence do you have to show that she is committing a fraud? Dude marriages break up everyday, so grow up and move on. My friend married to his wife for about 5 years, marriage hit the rocks recently and the woman has been crazy and abusive to the man, not for one day did he say I want to send her back or set immigration on her **** in revenge even though he could, so dude grow up and move on. This post makes me so sick to my stomach. I am so glad immigration is not stupid or work based on sentiments, as a matter of fact you know your wife can get her status based on you threatening her with immigration? Even if they send her back is that the end of her life? Are you sending her out of this world. Rubbish.

Nothing you have said indicates that the marriage was fraudulent. Genuine marriages fall apart all the time and what you described just sounds like a bad marriage. Her ruining your relationships is not fraud. Her wasting your time and money is not fraud. Even if she is abusing you, that is still not fraud.
