Guys I had my interview for a GC last year October 2nd it's been 5 months still no word from them btw it's marriage based. Isn't that too long? Has any body else had this problem before?

It sounds like a log time. There is several people on these forums in the same situation as you. Some times it just take a long time for background checks to clear or reviews to be completed. You should consider contacting your congressman or the ombudsman. Sometimes they can help shake the tree so to speak.
