good evening everybody,i filed my cases i765 ,i131, i485 in October 2017,in November i did my bio-metrics and also in November i got a mail for request for evidence which the office updated my status and started counting from December 2017 i ma yet to receive my EAD card i got worried after waiting for so long so i called the office to ask what was going on,the lady answered me nicely put me on hold for some minutes and said she had my case transferred to another office she also gave me a confirmation number and told me to wait for 15 days that i will get something both in the mail and in my email,i dont understand that and i want to know if anybody has had any experience like that
