Traveling with EAD/AP card

Received my EAD on NOV 2017 and it is going to expire this NOV.
I'm planning to travel this JUN for two moths.
Is it ok to travel with EAD/AP card, which is expiring in few months?
Or should I renew before travel?
Please suggest

It's fine to use up to the expiration date.
