Which Tax return document

Hi all,
I have a simple question about the tax return for form I-864: in the instruction they say to send the Tax Return Transcript from IRS but in the IRS website there are up to 4 different form with TRANSCRIPT written on it. Which is the correct form? If I send the whole 1044 form is just a waste of paper?

irs transcript

When you are on the IRS website it asks you what you are using your transcript for. Immigration is one of them.
