i regsitered a business in 2004 but never used anything on it.
in Feb 2005 i started an online business and in April 2006 when i filed taxes, i showed looses of around 8 to 10K for the year of 2005. In Jan 2006, i started another business for which i am the president and both companies are running.
Now the questions are
1. Since with the 2005 filing of my taxes i showed a business, have i lost my H1b status and worknig on EAD or am i still on H1b?
2. If i really did loose my H1b status( which was totaly ignorance , since i never wanted to loose my H1b), how can i restate it, can i show the business all on my wife;s name?
3. is there any way i can know my Status, ie. h1b or EAD
