I received my green card in October 2017. However today (3/4/2018) I received a letter from USCIS that my case has been transferred to NBC. What does this mean? My wife also applied under my application, does this mean that her case is transferred?

Today I just received a notice that my 485 got transferred to another office, even though my 485 was already approved and green card already received earlier this year. BTW, my 485 application is EB-based.
At the same time there is a separate notice that my wife's 485 case (a derivative application) was also transferred (her 485 was submitted later and separately from my own and is still being processed, like biometrics, etc.) So, I wonder if this is because the processing of my wife's case (transfer, additional review) would require the transfer of the principal application (i.e., my own 485)...
