  • Can Submit I693 (Medical) after I-485 NoA received?

    Hello,

Question 1 : I noticed Many receive Courtesy Letter for I-693 (Medical). However, Can I send them I-693 (Medical) with NoA I-485, before I receive a courtesy letter?
Any of you done that? If Yes, if you send them I-693 separate will you receive an update when they received? and How? Through online case status or email? to which address I should Mail them?

Question 2 : I just sent my RFE regarding I-485- Financial Document requested, will my priority date will change? or it will be same as prior one?

Thank You in advance for your help.

i-693 is valid for one after date of submission so the longer you delay to submit it the better it is for you if your AOS ends up dragging out

Hey, a courtesy letter is just a notice not a delay. In the letter I got it said not to send it in without receiving a RFE because if I do so my case will be delayed. The letter said if my case requires an interview (which it does) I can bring it to the interview. They will send a letter reminding me to bring it. So I advise u not to send it in. It may delay your case.
