Working on Cruise while AOS

Hello, i am currently adjusting my status by marriage to a USC. We been together for over 3 years and i always visites her on a ESTA, during my last ESTA trip we decided to get married so i stayed in the USA and didn't use my return flight home.

So i am currently about to send my package after overstaying over a month.

Once i get my AP document will i be able to return to my old Disney Cruise Job while i wait for the interview? The only documents i used to need was a C1/D visa to enter the USA, i assume AP will replace the need for that.
The cruise sails out of the USA so we dock many times a month in the USA.
I heard i might have a problem at the border cause i was out of status for a while.

Not sure but il advice against it. You can?t be out of shores that I am sure of and are you even allowed to work without a work permit while AOS isn?t approved yet? Best of luck.
