Do you know a website to know when to receive a card?

Hi, does anybody knows why i cannot check my case status on DHS page? I can only check it on https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus where case history is not updated there and i’ve heard that DHS has more detailed status. Thanks

My status has only changed on the uscis case status page, not on the DHS page at all. So I don't think this 'fix' is true for everyone. I have used the Lawfully app and that gave me updates even before the uscis case status notifications.

Same here. I'd been watching the DHS page but that shows "Interview was scheduled" from August 19 2019, despite us having had our interview on September 24. We got a notice last night that the "New card is being produced", but that came in from the USCIS APP and the Case Tracker app as well as https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do. DHS page still hasn't updated, even though it does show several lines of older info.

            Hello everyone
my case stats shows RFE sent on September 26 and we won’t take action on your case until you submit the evidence ....few days ago by mail instead of getting rfe paper I got approval notice and case sent to NVC
I am confused now what should I do ?

does making an account on dhs also work for change of status through marriage? I have made an account but don't know how to add my case

Today I discovered a way to create a seperate myUSCIS account with a lot more information on all my cases reflecting every single step from the interview to the shipment of the Green Card.

Just register for a free account here: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ and select "Add a paper-filed case" after setting up your account.

Now enter your receipt numbers, e.g. MSC1234567890 and see a much more detailed case status. This should be especially handy for people waiting for their approval or the green card after the interview.

This account will also allow you to eventually extend your green card via form I-90 after 10 years (if it's already unconditional) or to file for Naturalization after 3 year minus 90 days if your green card is based on marriage and if you are married for at least 3 years.
                Hi absolutegame,
May I ask has your case status on the website USCIS been updated? did it affect to your I-485 processing time? I'm in the same boat so your experience would be very appreciated.
                Thanks

                  Hi everyone,
https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ This site no longer opens, I had an account on this account, and it's no more accessible. Can someone please comment on what really happened?

                  Thank you
