Process to file I485 for spouse and Child

I currently have a L1 (Multinational executive or Manager) visa and working in USA. My spouse and child have a L2 based on my L1.
I am about to file I-140 and I-485 to start my green card process as my employer is ready to sign the I-140 for me, but I am unclear as to what I need to file for my spouse and child. Do we need only 1 x I-140 filed and 3 separate I-485 for each of us or what should we file?
