Hey All,
Finally today we received the receipt for both four forms we submitted in Feb 2018.
Except for I-130, which got approved, I-486, I-131 and I-765 both rejected G-28 form. Our lawyer said actually both forms were accepted. The only form not accepted was his G-28. This just means he need to send another form or he wont get his copy of notice until he does so. And no impact on our case. He also said everyone is having trouble with the G-28 this year.
Did you guys have the same issue related to G-28? Cause when we search our case on USCIS, it said it got rejected and IDK if we can still able to get the bio appointment.
