Yay!
Does anyone know if USCIS can still send an RFE when the case is ready for interview or it's implicit that they have all the info to make a decision after the interview?

We are in the same boat
Originally posted by emiswarts View PostHey all, I got my receipts for the three forms I submitted for my husband and I (i-485, i-130, and i-765) but I havent yet received any biometrics letter, and it's been about 8-9 days now..
The USCIS case tracker does say they processed my biometrics fee. Does this also mean they have sent out a bio letter as well and it's in the mail or something?
We are in the same boat.....Le's know when you received.

Congrats!

@Flyforever85
This is great news. Congrats!
Question, if you do not mind sharing, what do you think is making your process so fast? I feel that every case is different and that is why there so different timelines..
In my case I came to the US to pursue a master degree. I met my husband in one of the master social events and have been together since then.
My timeline is similar to yours:
PD Mar 19,2018
Bio Letter Apr 6, 2018
Bio Appt for Apr 19, 2018
Walk-in to Bio on Apr 9,2018
Update "Recevied your bio and working in your case" on Apr 18, 2018
No changes so far U_U

Originally posted by UScitizenFilingforspouse View PostWhen the case is ready to be scheduled for interview, your file has been reviewed for completeness and accuracy, no evidence is missing, +/- I-693, background checks are done (in most cases). So yes, no RFEs. Once your file is sent to the field office, the ISO may or may not get a chance to review it before the interview. If there is an issue, ISO will deal with it when you come in for your interview. You can be 99% sure everything is good.

Not sure if one specific thing helped, none of them, I was just lucky or I did everything great... as a matter of fact though, I understood from this forum that the best you can prove your relationship is genuine, the better.
