My USC spouse/petitioner accompanied me though he didn't have to. USCIS will only need the intending immigrant's (you) biometrics.

Yayy!!!! I did my biometric 2 days after you so let's hope I'll get the same notification soon!!!

Does anyone know if USCIS can still send an RFE when the case is ready for interview or it's implicit that they have all the info to make a decision after the interview?

            Thanks!

The USCIS case tracker does say they processed my biometrics fee. Does this also mean they have sent out a bio letter as well and it's in the mail or something?

Question, if you do not mind sharing, what do you think is making your process so fast? I feel that every case is different and that is why there so different timelines..

In my case I came to the US to pursue a master degree. I met my husband in one of the master social events and have been together since then.

My timeline is similar to yours:
                        PD Mar 19,2018
                        Bio Letter Apr 6, 2018

Walk-in to Bio on Apr 9,2018
Update "Recevied your bio and working in your case" on Apr 18, 2018
                        No changes so far U_U

When the case is ready to be scheduled for interview, your file has been reviewed for completeness and accuracy, no evidence is missing, +/- I-693, background checks are done (in most cases). So yes, no RFEs. Once your file is sent to the field office, the ISO may or may not get a chance to review it before the interview. If there is an issue, ISO will deal with it when you come in for your interview. You can be 99% sure everything is good.

Every case is indeed different and I'm not sure why mine is this fast even though I've seen many more cases as fast as mine. I have an H1B visa and I work for a university as researcher on behalf of the Air Force. I'm not sure the fact I work indirectly for the USAF might make a difference honestly. I'e been in US 3 years now and I filed all the taxes, the W2, 1099 for both my self and my husband. This might have helped too? I don't know. It might have helped the documentation I sent to prove my relationship including that my husband is partially beneficiary of my life insurance, full beneficiary of my 401k, joint bank account and all the trips we made together in 3 years including 2 in Italy (my country). I also proved that not only we live together now but we lived together in other places with affidavit from the lender. I have no criminal records, I came in America legally before I met my husband.

Not sure if one specific thing helped, none of them, I was just lucky or I did everything great... as a matter of fact though, I understood from this forum that the best you can prove your relationship is genuine, the better.

                            Good luck!!

Hi I got the email saying "Employment based interview has been scheduled" on April 19, and not received a letter in the mail. My attorney also said it will come in a few days and no reason to panic. I am a C9 and mine should be a marriage based interview.
